  • 9am Warm Up. STRICTLY NO WARM UP, NO TRAINING.
  • Parental help is required for Water safety.
  • Wet suits are highly recommended.
  • Bring your water bottle, warm clothes and towel.
  • Bring a Fun and positive attitude to training.
SPRINT TRAINING
Sprint training will begin on 19/10/09 at 4pm at Kingway Oval Warilla. All abilities and ages welcome. From then on it will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 4pm.It is advisable to get in contact with Darrin on 42953163 before turning up as time may vary due to work commitments.


FITNESS TRAINING
Tuesday & Thursday - Come down to the surf club at 5.30pm all
members can participate in fitness training
