How to Renew Your
Membership Online at Shellharbour SLSC
PLEASE READ THIS GUIDE AND
CONSTANTLY REFER TO IT AS YOU COMPLETE THE
REGISTRATION PROCESS.FOLLOW
IT EXACTLY!
1.Log onto the link below but keep
reading this guide and follow it EXACTLY:LifeSaving
Online
a)Look at the top of page and click
on ‘Login’
b)Enter your Username and Password
and click ‘Login’. If
you have forgotten your Username and/or
Password you can ask for it to be re-sent on
the page you are currently on. If they re-send
your password it will be a new complicated one
so after you have logged in, go straight to
the top of the page and click on Personal
Details and Change
Password. Remember
that your password must be 6-12 characters in
length, and must contain at least one letter
and at least one number. Please do this now
before you forget.
c)Now that you have entered your
Username and Password and clicked ‘Login’, read
the first line and click on ‘click here’
d)Read and click on the blue ‘Renew’
link
e)Read and check that all your
details are still correct, especially
your email address and mobile number.
f)For
children under the age of 18 there are 2 boxes
at the bottom of the page for a parent/guardian
to enter their first and last name. There are
also 2 boxes to tick to acknowledge you have
read and agree to this application and
declaration.
g)When you have checked all your
details click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the
page. The
page will now say SUCCESS. If the page does not
say SUCCESS scroll back up and see what you have
missed. Check that you have ticked the boxes at
the bottom. You must persevere until you see the
page say SUCCESS otherwise you have not
registered.
Repeat this process for each
family member by logging out and then logging
in with the next family member’s username and
password.
If you have
followed this guide exactly and have still had
a problem call the HELPDESK on 1300 724 006
between 8am and 5pm Mon-Fri and explain to
them the issue you are having. If it is an
answering machine ring back until you speak to
a person to help.
Your request
for registration will stay ‘pending’
until you address the following:
1.You
have paid your membership feesat the Surf Club
available on every Sunday morning from the first
day of Nippers from 9am-10.30am.
2.Depending
on your age the following will be required:
(a) U/8-U14: you must complete
the Pool Swim Form at
All the requirements and how to do this
are detailed on this form. Pleaseread it. If you turn up to one of our
pre-season registration days advertised on our club website you do not need do bring
this from with you. This form is for those that do not turn up to our
pre-season registration days and needs to be
signed by a swimming instructor.
(b)If you have your SRC, Bronze,
or you are over 18 years old you will have already completed the Volunteer/Student Declaration
Form and it is now completed ONCE ONLY instead
of annually (unless you have left the club for
at least one season and need to complete a new
one).
SUMMARY:
To obtain membership:
1.Online registration
2.Payment of membership
3.Pool Swim Form (U/8-U/14)- if
you miss our registration days
Remember: Your membership
application will remain in a ‘pending’ state
and you are not yet a member until these have
all been completed. Finally, the Club
Registrars will check and ‘accept’ your
‘pending‘ request. Only
when all these have been completed and
processed by the Club Registrars is
participation allowed in any club
activities.
